Becoming an Exhibitor
at the Bungalow Fair
Historic Seattle is excited to launch our 11th Annual Bungalow Fair that will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 27 and 28, 2008 near downtown Seattle. Evaluations from exhibitors have been very positive, specifically identifying their appreciation of the allocated space, love the food service, and did well in sales or in exposure to audiences that would not otherwise know about them. Many of them are returning for the 2008 Fair and have reserved their space.
We have just 1 or 2 slots left in our 2008 Bungalow Fair for new exhibitors. Email: lucib@historicseattle.org if you'd like to be considered.
The Bungalow Fair Seeks EXHIBITORS
The items below describe how exhibitors are involved and list facts about the Bungalow Fair.
PARTICIPATION FEES
The basic participation fee is $375 for approximately 100 square feet of space. Additional space may be available (see rates on the application). There is a charge for rental of tables and screening dividers, which we rent from an outside company. You are also required to have a trade show license if you do not have a Seattle Business License. There is an additional $10 fee for the trade show license.
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITES
If you would like to take an ad in the brochure, please indicate that in the appropriate place on the form. We will contact you regarding artwork format and payment in the spring. All fees, advertising and camera ready art must be received no later than July 15th, 2008.
EXPECTATIONS OF EXHIBITORS
- Booth space should be fully staffed and available to the public on the hours indicated.
- In order to assure a successful fair, we must ask you to please read carefully the materials you are sent, pay attention to deadlines and fill out the forms and return them promptly.
- Load in will be on Friday, September 26th by assigned times, beginning at 10am.
- Load out begins at 4pm on Sunday, September 28th.
- All packages and freight must be picked up no later than Monday morning September 29th.
We seek a well-balanced representational exhibition and thus reserve the right to accept or reject exhibitors based upon their fit within the context of the entire fair. If we find that we have too many exhibitors dealing in one particular group of products or services, we may choose to return your deposit.
