Preserving Your Old House

For homeowners who respect the age, style, and quality of their houses, our Preserving Your Old House programs are a must. In 2010, the Preserving Your Old House program uses its newly purchased building, Washington Hall, as a “get dirty” space to demonstrate how to repair plaster work, refinish wood work and paint, and repair windows. We alsopartner with Rejuvenation, whose mission is "To passionately preserve and enhance the beauty and integrity found in older homes and buildings” for an evening open house at their Seattle showroom. And we partner with the Museum of History & Industry on a Nearby History workshop that takes the mystery out of researching buildings.
