Corporate Memberships

CORPORATE MEMBERS PROVIDE VITAL SUPPORT

The support we receive from our Corporate members is an important part of the equation that allows us to provide the preservation services you rely on. These members not only provide valuable financial resources and pro-bono services -- they are active in the community as well.

We want to thank our newest Corporate members:

Hunter's Captial

HUNTERS CAPITAL:

Hunters Capital is a multi-faceted boutique real estate company operating in the Seattle area. Founded in 2001 by Michael J Malone, Hunters Capital LLC merges an existing portfolio of real estate and a property management company with new development opportunities. The goal of the firm is not only the preservation and rejuvenation of historic properties but the development of the Pike Pine neighborhood and business district through balanced growth of residential, commercial, retail and hospitality properties.

Nitze-Stagen

NITZE STAGEN:

Nitze-Stagen & Co., Inc. is a private investment firm offering unique expertise in the areas of commercial office, industrial, retail properties, and adaptive reuse. For over three decades, commercial real estate investors have looked to Nitze-Stagen for its proven experience and knowledge in these markets. However, it is in the less tangible areas of insight and foresight where Nitze-Stagen has excelled. Since its formation in 1970, the company has shown a remarkable ability for seeing potential where others saw hurdles, and for turning that potential into financial success.

RAFN

RAFN:

Rafn Company is a leading general contractor in the renovation of historic buildings in the Puget Sound region. With over 100 renovation projects completed, we are highly skilled and experienced in what it takes for a successful renovation project. Our people enjoy challenging projects and finding innovative solutions.

Projects include the recent Hard Rock Cafe renovation, upgrades to the Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center, and current transformation of the Lake Union Naval Reserve Armory into the future home of the Museum of History and Industry.

Forest City

Forest City:

Forest City is a national owner and developer of real estate, committed to building superior, long-term value for its shareholders and customers. We accomplish this through the operation, acquisition and development of commercial, rental housing and land development projects. We operate by developing meaningful relationships and leveraging our entrepreneurial capabilities with creative talent in a fully integrated real estate organization.

DKA logo
