Real Estate Development Committee

Historic Seattle's Real Estate Development Committee consists of Councilmembers and sometimes other volunteers with an interest in real estate development and transactions. The committee meets monthly to review the status of development projects and assist the Director of Real Estate Development with project initiation, development strategies, and problem-solving. The role of the committee is to help staff manage projects and properties effectively, and inform the council of real estate activity.
